Friday, June 17th
Wake up at the Kirchner’s. Meet the daily riders at Elroy Sparta trail, a bike trail made where train tracks used to run. Break for lunch in the Black Squirrel capital, Norfolk! Continue on the Sparta, through a few tunnels. Rest in Sparta before heading to Bangor for evening prayer & supper. Stopping for the night in West Salem.
